« Perfect for a family of 4 or less. There's room for more but only 1 bathroom. Nicely remodeled and decorated. Very clean and well taken care of. The outside kitchen and lounge area was perfect for cooking the day's catch and storing paddle boards/fishing gear. Definitely worth more than what I paid for it and will stay here again. Communication with the owner was great. »

« This is a very nice small rv park. Easy pull-in spaces, right on the recreation path, nice dock/deck area out to the bay, has good access for Starlink (if you have Starlink), beaches are close by. Only down side———there are no-see-ums early evening and morning which forces you to use air conditioning in your rv during those time periods because they get through screens. « We had a great view of some amazing sunsets, right from the deck on the property. It is a very secluded area which was what we were hoping for. The host was very responsive when we had a question. »

« The campground was very clean & friendly. The host is very quick to respond to any questions and camper was exactly as pictured. VRBO however leaves a lot to be desired and I would stay away from renting through them. There are other ways to rent this place without using VRBO. »

« My partner and I stayed at Leroy’s Lounge and had a great time. It is such a unique experience compared to just grabbing a hotel room for a night. Had a hard time finding it in the dark after a FSU game, but Sandy was extremely helpful with directions. If you don’t mind camping, it really is an enjoyable experience.
