« The apartment is small, but well equipped and located close to USC and restaurants and grocery. Pictures are accurate of furnishings and appliances. Host was helpful and prompt upon inquiry. »

« Unit was clean and bright and close to downtown and USC. One note (which is clear from the listing but you may not notice) is that the kitchen is small, no dishwasher, just 4 plates, etc. This was fine for us because we ate out for everything but breakfast, but just don't expect to cook a bunch of meals. Would definitely recommend for someone who plans to eat out or get take out for meals. »

I spent Mothers Day bird watching, fishing, and enjoying time with my kids who came up to spend time together on the lake. Thank you again for a perfect stay. »

« My group of three people had a fantastic stay at this property! This location was perfect for gameday weekend and exploring the town. The hosts are incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our short visit. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and cozy spot in Columbia! »

« We spent one night for an event at U of SC. The address in our email for directions was to a different location but I contacted the host and received the correct address which was also in the email as driving directions. The host apologized and said that was supposed to have been fixed. Over all it was in a good location, was very clean and quiet. Very convenient for a one night stay. »

« Hot water need little work on. Restroom had mark urine on the toilet. Don’t know if over look the part that said after 10pm- 8am no noise. Just make sure to read the fine print. Bedroom, living room and kitchen was fine. »
