Welcome to the #TownshipGreenHouse! This beautiful new construction is furnished with 3 King-Sized bedrooms. It has modern decor throughout and themed rooms to make you unwind and feel at home in this space. Centrally located right in downtown Columbia, this space is within walking distance to the Township Auditorium. It is minutes away from The Vista and USC. A short drive to FT. Jackson and the Riverbanks Zoo. Come and see all Columbia has to offer in this stunning new home.

Welcome to Unit B of the Township Green House! This is a newly constructed home in Downtown Columbia, right across from the Township Auditorium. Upon entering this home you will be greeted with stunning hardwood floors, modern decor and one of a kind paintings making this home feel cozy and welcoming. The rooms are themed and named to give this place a unique touch that will make it memorable.

Living Room-
The living room is right off of the main entrance of this home. There is a Sofa and two sofa chairs available for you and your guests to have plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together. There is a SmartTV provided for you to watch your favorite TV shows or movies with one another. The windows add a lot of natural light, making it feel spacious and open. There is a table with seating for 2 located in this room for you to enjoy a nice meal together.

Kitchen-
The kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the necessities you need to make a home cooked meal or to enjoy some food from a local restaurant. There is a large island with seating for two right in the middle of this space. The modern fixtures adds a touch of luxury to this kitchen.

Bedroom 1-
Bedroom 1 is located downstairs off of the main living space. It is furnished with a king sized bed made with clean, comfortable sheets for you to get a good nights rest in. This room has a SmartTV for you to unwind before bed and catch up on your favorite shows. If you prefer to read, there are nightstands and lamps available for you to dim the lights and dive into your favorite book. There is a walk-in closet for you to unpack and make yourself at home.

Bathroom 1-
Bathroom 1 is a full bathroom on the first floor. It is located right outside of the downstairs bedroom. There is a shower/tub combo for you to use. This bathroom has modern fixtures and has a single vanity for you to put your bathroom essentials away in. This bathroom comes stocked with hotel shampoo, conditioner and soap for your stay.

Bedroom 2-
After walking upstairs, you will find bedroom 2. This bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed also. This bed is made with clean, comfortable sheets for your guests to get a good nights sleep in as well. There is a SmartTV available so that everyone can watch what they prefer in their own space. There are night stands and lamps next to the bed for you to enjoy your favorite book, if you prefer that. There is a desk in this room for any business or school work that needs to get done. There is a walk-in closet located in this room for your guests to put away all of their clothes and make themselves at home. A full sized private bathroom is right off of this room.

Bathroom 2-
Bathroom 2 is a private full sized bathroom right off of bedroom 2. This bathroom has a shower/tub combo and is furnished with modern fixtures. There is a single vanity that allows your guests to put away all of their bathroom essentials during their stay. This bathroom comes stocked with hotel shampoo, conditioner and soaps during your stay.

Bedroom 3-
Bedroom 3 is found upstairs as well. This bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed just like the other 2 rooms, so nobody has to fight over who gets the bigger bed! The bed is made with clean, comfortable sheets for your guests to get a good nights sleep in. There is a SmartTV in this bedroom so that everyone can watch what they prefer in their own space. There are nightstands and lamps next to the bed for your guests to dim the lights and unwind before going to sleep. There is a walk-in closet available for your guests to put away all of their clothes and make themselves at home. A full sized private bathroom is right off of this room.

Bathroom 3 is a private full sized bathroom right off of bedroom 3. This bathroom has a shower/tub combo and is furnished with modern fixtures. There is a single vanity that allows your guests to put away all of their bathroom essentials during their stay. This bathroom comes stocked with hotel shampoo, conditioner and soaps during your stay.

Laundry Room-
Located in the upstairs hallway, you will find a full sized washer and dryer. This will allow you to get all your laundry done before even heading home!

The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.

We stayed here during our visit to Fort Jackson for our son’s graduation. The property was perfect for our family of 6. There was plenty of room, every bedroom had a bathroom. The kitchen and living area was great for dinner and relaxing together. The property was ver clean. I wouldn’t change anything. Great stay!

One of most comfortable stays ever!

This place is everything it is advertised to be! Clean, comfortable and walkable to everything. Well stocked with everything you could need. Beds are great and place is filled with naturalist from many windows.

Perfect spot for University move-in

We spent two nights while moving my daughter into her dorm. The house is immaculate, comfortable, and the perfect location to get to the UofSC campus and downtown Columbia. Five stars on every measure!

Visiting USC

Excellent location for a USC visit. This home is slightly east of Main Street in downtown COLA but a very short walk. Also less than 2 miles from Colonial Life Arena, The Horseshoe, and central USC campus. Even though this is not really in a "neighborhood" - we felt very safe. Fully-stocked with all you need in the kitchen, bath, and bedrooms. Streaming-access TV is a plus to use with personal log-in. Communication with owners is quick and detailed. I was never concerned about the check-in process. The beds were very comfortable and though we were a party of 3, this would comfortably fit 6 adults. In a downtown setting you will hear city noise (sirens) but it got very quite after 10 pm. There was also a sound machine in the bedroom! We plan to book this home the next time we visit our Gamecock!

Awesome Property

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and had everything we needed ! Our group of adults appreciated the individual king beds and our own bathroom for each room. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles. Very private and close to everything ! Right across the street from Township Auditorium which was convenient for the concert we were in town for ! Beautiful design throughout the home and comfortable beds! We also appreciated the outdoor seating area and snacks and coffee! Very happy with our stay !
