« We had a great stay. The place was located in a good area convenient to metro. We utilized both the metro and uber. There was a grocery store about 15 minute walk away. The house was clean. There were pots, dishes and dishwasher which came in handy with kids. Overall great little vacation. We hope to stay here again in the future!! »

« We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for our trip. We visited during a major heat wave, and the AC kept the house perfectly cool, which was such a relief after long days of sightseeing.Traveling to and from the Capitol area by Uber was quick and easy for our group. « The room is large, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine, and a dryer. There is a black university campus nearby, and it is a bit far away from the main tourist attractions. »

« I booked a week before I needed the place. I was unable to get any form of response from this host, and the phone number was disconnected. Beware of that when dealing with this host, as something might happen when they’re just dropping off the face of earth. « Location was perfect for our quick college visit to Howard University. Walkable to Whole Foods and places to eat. Host was extremely accommodating and quick with responding. Check in instructions were clear and we had no issues. We would definitely book again if our student decides to go to Howard University next year! »

« We were so excited to stay here. The property was in a neighborhood about 15 min drive from the Capital. We ate at Dennys (3 min drive) where the bathrooms were locked up. The waitress said someone was shot in the bathroom a few days prior and that’s why they were locking them. The interior looked the same as the pictures. "Hotel was clean, bed confortable. I used the spa every day. Location is appropriated if you like to walk or use public transport, hotel is near many attractions. A metro station just at 5 min by walk. Service was excellent! I will come back dor sure"
