"Pura Vida" Fabulous 4 Bed Home near H St & Union Market

Welcome to "Pura Vida", our fabulous and recently renovated home in Washington DC. Located a couple blocks from H St and a couple minutes driving from Union Market, the unit is perfect for couples, families with children, or groups of friends who want to explore DC while staying at a beautiful and welcoming home.

Closest metro is NoMa -Gallaudet U New York Ave (about 20 min walking from the house and about 5 min driving). The condo is located in NE DC and a couple blocks from H St, 5 min minutes driving from Union Market, 10 minutes driving from the White House and all the main touristic attractions downtown. Whole Foods store is just 5 min walking. Closest airport is Reagan National Airport (20 min driving). Baltimore International Airport is about 45 min-1 hour driving and Dulles Airport is about 45 min-1 hour driving.

NO PETS. NO PARTIES. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS. Guests that are caught bringing pets or having parties without our consent will be required to leave the property immediately.

NO SMOKING. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property. Guests that are caught smoking inside the property will be required to leave the property immediately. Extra charges will be incurred to clean and remove the smoke smell from the property after checkout.

Firearms or any type of weapons are strictly not allowed in our property.

Two of the bedrooms have smart TVs. The living room has a smart TV and board games for the whole family to relax and enjoy. Dining table is also available.

Street parking is available in front of the property. Please watch street signs for parking hours. We usually recommend downloading parking apps like SpotHero to find affordable private parking spots in the area. Please do not park in the back of the property as that area is reserved for the unit downstairs. This property is a condo in a 2-condo townhouse.

**Property has 2 levels with stairs so it’s not suitable for people with limited mobility.**

Noise levels: the property is located in a big city so there will always be a certain level of noise from construction sites nearby, cars, buses, ambulances, firetrucks, etc. We do not issue reimbursements for street or construction noise. We appreciate your understanding.

High chair, pack n play crib and baby gates are available for families traveling with infants or toddlers.
