« Overall, I had a great stay at Hyatt House. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly, and I had no issues during my stay. The only downside was that one of the elevators was out of service after people became stuck in it, which made getting around a bit inconvenient. Fortunately, that was the only hiccup, and it didn’t take away from an otherwise pleasant...

« We really enjoyed our stay at the Henderson. We appreciated the on-site amenities and easy access to their private beach. The food was really good and the staff were also wonderful, especially the pool bar and beach staff. You can easily spend multiple days at this resort without going offsite. I also appreciated the proximity to the park next door and many good restaurants within close driving distance. We will be back! »

« Location is perfect but the property was dirty, seems like someone was just there , smelled nasty, trash piled at the door upon arrival, parking is not free. A ticket was placed on my car. Communication is terrible due to the different hosts I was trying to reach out too. After seeing the condition we decided to make the best of it because of the weekend I could not get a temporary credit to book another home for my family. Not an ideal home for family. I disputed the charges as soon as I could. »

« I can't rave enough about this hotel. Everything was exceptional, from the delicious breakfast we enjoyed everyday to the awesome, helpful and friendly staff, I would give it all a 10 out of 10! We were traveling with our 3 children 2 of which are 8 and under and there was a couple events that really could have made for an extremely bad stay. But the kindness shown to us by the staff simply blew us away! The first night we were there one of our kids got sick in bed in the middle of the night....
