« Our parents live in Savannah Lakes Village so when we have our twice a year family visits we try and get a house near them. The Smalley"s home was perfect for us last Christmas so decided to stay there again in the summer. Beautiful lake view, lovely home. Has all the amenities you will need and so nice to be able to use the garage. Tom and Debbie are wonderful hosts, always available if needed. Definitely recommend, and hope to return again for our Christmas visit! »

« We came up to celebrate our grandbaby’s 1st birthday, that lives in the area. We were able to have our children and my mother with us and what a fabulous place to stay. The huge living room overlooks the trees and lake with its large windows. Comfortable beds and nice sheets! Great water pressure! We used the kitchen and loved having a table for big family! We hope to stay here again! My boys loved fishing off the dock! »

« To celebrate my mother's 90th birthday, I rented this place near my sister, nephew & niece. Twelve people ranging from 10 - 90 (only four adults actually stayed at the house, the others went to their nearby homes each night, though there were a LOT of beds available). This house could not have been better. Comfortable bedrooms that were down the hall and quiet, a large and very well supplied kitchen and a game room that was amazing!
