« My family and I were looking for a place to spend the night between Hilo and Volcano National Park. We loved the unique setting this home offered. There was plenty of space for everyone and Jenny was very easy to communicate with. We loved the viewing loft with a telescope but unfortunately it was a very rainy stay and we weren't able to star-gaze.If you're looking for a home feel off the main tourist areas we highly recommend reaching out to Jenny. »

« You probably shouldn’t post this. The view from the room into the rain forest was lovely but it would be nicer if the cabin had an outdoor sitting space. The amenities were bad- insufficient regular coffee, coffee machine malfunctioned & had to be replaced, thin small towels & only 2, no soap in the dispensers or in the Nivea bottles in the shower, the sink soap dispenser had watered down soap so it was useless. The bed was comfortable however. I would not recommend this unit. »

"J’avais peur en réservant cet hôtel , je n’étais pas certaine de mon choix et finalement j’ai beaucoup aimer . Gym très complet , suite bord de mer propre et avec une superbe vue , le site entourant l’hôtel es agréable à explorer idéale pour les balade ! Seule bémols la bouffe , beurk !!!"

"Me and my daughter had a very good experience at the Volcano Forest Inn. It is literally at 5 minute drive of the entrance of the Volcano National Park. Which allow us to visit the volcano easily. The rooms was pretty big, confortable and clean. The communication with the owner and our arrival was easy. We were warned by email that the weather could be chilly because of the rain forest. We were ok, but everyone should be aware that it was about 12 to 15 Celsius early mourning. Also there is a cleaning fee of 80$ that is not mentioned in Expedia web site. Overall, for the price, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Sol de salle de bain très glissant. Chambre donnant sur le parking et un arbre rempli d'oiseaux qui chantaient a longueur de journée. Réfection de chambre très tardive (aux alentours de 17h). 2 restaurants sympas dans l'hôtel. 2 salles 2 ambiances aux alentours de l'hôtel : l'une avec parc et promenade super agréable et l'autre avec bâtiments abandonnés et squats."
