« Very comfortable bed and air conditioning when needed made room easy to have a good temperature for sleeping. Beautiful lanai and living area. Water pressure could be better and it varied during the stay. It’s the only thing that could improve. The rooster was a very good alarm for us because we did need to get up early, but for people who needed to sleep in, may be problematic. Really easy check in and check out with good security system. »

« My family and I were looking for a ‘base camp’ while exploring the eastern side of the island. This location was perfect. The special touches (personalized welcome in bedroom and personalized parking space was such a nice touch. The place was impeccable and everything we needed for our family of 7. From bath and beach towels, to k cups for the coffee maker. I would recommend this highly!! »

« We had a fabulous stay and absolutely loved the cabin's lanais, all the natural light, the kitchen, propane fireplace, open concept, and wood features. The cabin was easy to get to and the access road is well maintained. We enjoyed cooking dinners every night and even enjoyed some cocktails out on the lanai using the stemware provided. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! »

« A mon arrivée j'avais précisé que la note avait été réglée, pour payer les éventuels repas ou petits déjeuners, j'ai laissé l'empreinte de ma carte de crédit. Le lendemain de mon arrivée le montant du séjour a été à nouveau prélevé. J'ai eu des frais et le montant prélevé n'a pas été totalement remboursé... Très désagréable d'autant plus que le budget est à respecter. Difficile à trouver peu d'indications, faut avoir un gps et encore !!!! »

« If you are a backcountry camper, this is for you! The hut is situated in primitive setting of rain forest. You can imagine a big tent but in wood sitting in the woods. I like the nature surrounding and the art deco. However, lack of electricity and a modern bathroom is a big downside. The host is friendly, responsive, and helpful. However, descriptions of the property and instructions to the property aren't sufficiently clear. »

« The place was very clean, even had lawn chairs and beach towels. Allan even let us know where to go to view the Blue Moon while we were there. He gave us tips where to snorkel , shop for groceries and sent us info on how to get to Hilo the back roads, after school had started and the roads got busy in the mornings. He sent me places to grocery shop and get gas. Would stay again if the opportunity arises. Worked out great. »

« Es war eine voll eingerichtete Wohnung. Viel Deko überall. Machte es nett, aber auch irgendwie voll. Ich hatte leichte Probleme mich dort mit meinen Sachen/Reisegepäck zu integrieren, weil überall etwas herumstand oder herumlag. Das angepriesene Frühstück war etwas übertrieben dargestellt, es gab Kaffee und für 4 Nächte ein paar kleine Sachen, die man auch zum Frühstück verzerren konnte, aber es war halt kein Frühstück. Alles in allem aber eine nette, wenn auch gewöhnungsbedürftige...

« The house is comfortable with ample rooms. The bathrooms are unique. Location was perfect, near the beach, not far from great farmers markets. Nearby Sea View has a lot of local entertainment. We enjoyed the evening frogs and morning roosters. The owners dog is very sweet. »

« It was perfect for our state. Very clean kind of treehouse vibes in the middle of the fern forest the price was extremely reasonable. Location is very secluded in the middle of the forest gravel road going in very dark if you come in late but very safe location we stayed in number five had a perfect shower table microwave small fridge upstairs had a bed and a restroom, I would recommend If you like to save the environment and stay away from lots of touristy types of properties. Had two towels...
