« Enjoyed staying in this cabin! It was a welcome change of pace to relax in a rain forest! The host responds quickly to all messages. He also gave us lots of useful information about the area when he sent us the check-in information. All the doors are sliding doors which will make some noise at night if you need to open or close them. WiFi was really fast. It was really helpful to have labels for light switches, windows, and the bathroom shower. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet...

« It was a very nice location, very comfortable, quiet and clean. Our hosts were very attentive. »

« Property worked well for us during our five day visit to this area of Hawaii. We had everything we needed in this cozy, comfortable and quiet property. »

« Everything is clean, but smells and is old. Our room was tidy and well cleaned but there was a musty smell that lasted the whole time we were there. Definitely needs new sheets and a new bed as it was very solid (felt cheap). Otherwise a very cute common area. There are 4 rooms with others staying there, so just not great for introverts. Also don’t bank on breakfast, buy food from Costco, there is a small section in the fridge where you can store your food. Long term, not the easiest stay. For...

« Me and my daughter had a very good experience at the Volcano Forest Inn. It is literally at 5 minute drive of the entrance of the Volcano National Park. Which allow us to visit the volcano easily. The rooms was pretty big, confortable and clean. The communication with the owner and our arrival was easy. We were warned by email that the weather could be chilly because of the rain forest. We were ok, but everyone should be aware that it was about 12 to 15 Celsius early mourning. Also there is...

« The room is beautiful, the kitchen is big, the couch is comfortable, the bed was a little too firm for my old body but otherwise was great. The host was super nice, and answered promptly to all my questions. NOTE: if you need supplies get them from Hilo or get them before 5pm 'cause everything is closed early!!! »

« This place is a gem! New, spotless, and the owner's taste is 🔥 - elegant decor, vinyl player, umbrella, coffee beans... everything was top-notch. Plus, it's got great location with a store, cafe, and Thai restaurant nearby. Perfect stay! »
