« Somthing badly wrong here. Food on offer was only Chinese plus two Tex-Mex dishes!! (Luckily very good traditional pub fare up the road). The hotel plays on the name of Shakespeare's mother and excellent 16th century farm visit in the village but our room was boring 21st century furnishings plus a totally awful art-deco style lampshade. One couple arriving after us found no record of their booking even though they had printed confirmation. Another arrived another day to find no manager/ess on...
