« Run down, ditry, old, overgrown, with trash in the garden/public areas. Someone walked in on me at 7:30am. Just not a good experience. »

« Absolutely loved our stay here. The property was clean, spacious and homely and the grounds were beautiful. There was so much space for our dogs to roam, they had the best time. Would definitely stay again. »

« Tranquil location, lovely setting looking out to the river Avon and fields on one side. The property was clean,comfortable and well equipped. The site was beautifully kept, with an area for dog walkers and a boat slip if you wished to take to the waters. Very close to Stratford upon Avon for sightseeing and days out. There were things to do on site, with a restaurant or as I did, enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. I can thoroughly recommend a stay here. »

« We spent two days at the property as a group of 9 friends and had a great time ! The house is huge and has plenty of space for a group this size. The garden, hot tub and farm animals were also a lovely addition. We went for nice country walks and explored some of the pubs nearby, including one that is a 10 minute walk away which was really nice. The only downside was that the house only has 4 bedrooms despite advertising 5. There were still plenty of beds, more than needed even as one of the...
