« The cottage is so homely and had everything you needed! Definitely a home from home. Hot tub was a fantastic edition. We also used the pizza oven one evening. Both bathrooms had powerful and hot showers. The host was very attentive and responded within hours of sending a message. Location is just picture perfect, with Ennerdale Water a 2 min drive away with plenty parking. There isn’t much else to do, other than walk at the lake, it was very quiet and peaceful. « This little house was ideal for the two of us on our first visit to the western Lakes. Ennerdale Water is within walking distance, with Loweswater and Wast Water short drives away. Cockermouth, Whitehaven and Keswick are all easily accessible. The house is beautifully and simply furnished and decorated, everything needed is provided and immaculately clean. For sitting out there are three areas in the surrounds of the house to catch the sun all day. If the weather turns nasty, there is ample...

« The House looks much better in reality than on the photo’s. Very cosy and clean house. The kitchen is fully equipped with tea, coffee, a nice bottle of wine and a very nice cake as a welcome. There is also plenty of bed linnen available in the house. The Owner is very responsive to questions and eager to help. Overall we had a great stay here with a family of 6. »
