« Spensers place was a great private hideaway, clean well equipped rustic cabin with plenty of room for 5 adults and our dog. We enjoyed the local trails and the convenient location to Dansville and Letchworth park. Kitchen was great for cooking our egg sandwiches each morning. »

« We loved the game room downstairs, which allowed our grandson to learn new games. Kitchen was nicely equipped and roomy. The only small downside was the house had a musty smell when we first entered and the basement was the same.Ron was a great host and quickly responded to any questions I had. The house was a great location to Letchworth and we would rent again should we come back to the park! And I would refer friends and relatives to this location. »

« Nice stay for a few days. The only thing is the listing says it has a queen bed in one room. It wasn’t a queen bed and it was hard to sleep comfortably. The host was great in communicating back and forth when needed before the stay. »

« My siblings and I were in town for a family wedding, and we determined that it was more economical to stay in the VRBO instead of a hotel. A bonus was that we were able to stay together, something that we all look forward to whenever we can. Although we didn’t use many of the amenities, we found the house to be very comfortable and clean. We all agreed, this was an A rental! »
