« We saw the housekeeping service notice in the room. One of the sentences stated that your room will not be refreshed automatically each morning and will be serviced upon request only. We stayed for 7 consecutive nights under 2 bookings. We requested housekeeping service twice during our stay. But no one ever came to clean up. They only did after my wife made a complaint. « Hotel 1 peu vieillot. Du bruit dans les canalisations, pas de prise électrique autour du lit pour le smartphone, pièce froide. La qualité n'est pas à la hauteur du prix. L'emplacement est top. »

« Loved the interior of the pub and the dining room . All of the staff were pleasant and helpful especially Ross who was friendly , professional and very helpful. We had one of the annexe rooms and it was very peaceful , clean and facilities were excellent . We were very happy with our evening meals and breakfasts . Would happily return . »
