We requested (and booked) a family room, on arrival, we were given two double rooms opposite each other. Not a problem for our 1 night stay, but it could have been. « On arrival the man in reception was very welcoming, very pleasant. In fact all the receptionists were very friendly and efficient. The room was standard so not so big though it was very nice. I can’t understand how my sister booked the same type of room on the same date through hotels.com but at a much cheaper price than us. »
