« A lovely flat close to all the amenities and transport hubs in Sunderland. Only a 20min walk to the Stadium of Light if you are going to the football. There is a great curry house just next door and a Wetherspoon across the road for breakfast. »

« My two nights were terrible. I was left in freezing cold unable to gain access due to the lock. Owner was not immediately available for support. A guest smoked cigarettes and weeds on both night with windows shut. I returned to a smelly property. As a non smoker this was unacceptable. My clothes and air felt dirty. The same client cooked with windows shut causing the smoke alarm to go off disturbing my peace. Kitchen was used and not immediately cleaned after use by other guest. »
