The rooms are clean and tidy with excellent sound insulation, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The front desk staff are warm and professional, providing attentive service. Overall, a perfect experience—I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shenzhen! »

« A great hotel in a very convenient location- incredibly central. Their WiFi did not support my VPN which was a bit frustrating and the signal for my eSIM was not great inside the building which made using my phone a bit slow. Would stay again! »

My Chinese gf fight with them until finally a car showed up a hour later but was over full of people and we had to squeeze in, at arriving at hotel they said they never got the money and Expedia stoled it and they only receive $30 a night and they was refuse give the free breakfast. « Check in again rather slow. Also massive queues for breakfast. Food good variety but many items ran our during peak times. The room and hotel were new, clean and well maintained. Tagged onto a mall with kids attraction which was great. Convenient to go to Chimelong which is 15mins taxi ride. »
