« This is our second stay at this property (two different apartments). The location can’t be beat. Yes it’s a little noisy because the old market is a popular area but we expected that. This time, however, most of the noise came from within the building, specifically a gathering on our same floor that went quite late. Also we were disappointed about the lack of a few basics like a toaster and warm blankets! »

« Overall…great location! Located right in the heart of downtown Omaha - Old Marketplace. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment! Easy to find parking. The building is a classic. If you want to experience staying in a converted space this is perfect. The accommodations were ok. My only issue with giving 1/5 stars was the accuracy of the listing. pictures of what is posted was not what the apartment looked like. « This was a great place to stay but the pictures need some better explanations. Both bathrooms have tub/shower, toilet, and sink outside the bathroom door. There were mirrors close to an electrical outlet, something useful when my wife was doing her hair. The kitchen was stocked well for 4 people and cleanup with the incredibly hot water was easy. The main drawbacks for us were that (1) we didn’t realize the room was in an apartment complex: the Aksarben View Villas. We drove around a while...

« Our stay was great and close to everything! We parked in parking garage to the north and walked everywhere! The only drawback was the master in room 507 bed had a mattress protector on that crinkled every time we moved at night! Microwave didn’t work and we needed to flip the breaker in the 2nd room!!! A great stay!!! »

« Vary displeased with the condition of apartment when we arrived. Like walking into a boys college dorm room. Looked as if someone had been living in it up to the point we got there. Nothing had been cleaned. Floors, counters, bathroom all extremely dirty. Dust all over to a point that I don't think it has had a true deep clean. The rug getting out of shower was upside down when we got there, my guess is because the underside looked better than how dirty the top was. Dirty, dissheveled sheets on...
