« This is a student housing building, where apartments are being rented via an external company based in the UK; there is no lobby or person to ask for help on the premises. You have to pick up a key from a lockbox with a code, etc, which is an additional step. Also, the company requires you to share a photo of your ID in advance or else they threaten cancelling the booking. They sent me a wrong key pickup code once and I had to call a British phone number to get it sorted out. It is all doable,...

« The apartment is really nice and well maintained. It was centrally located for everything we wanted to see. The neighbors were very quiet but seemed friendly. It was a little difficult to find as GPS sent you in circles and the apartment door itself was on the opposite side of the building from the road. »

« Great loft in a lively downtown atmosphere. The only suggestion would be to have darkening shades and or darkening curtains in the bedrooms with windows. Lots of natural lighting throughout the loft. So having the flexibility to close blinds, etc. would be nice. Would recommend this loft! Manager was timely and reached out. Fantastic location with The Chocolate Bar, Archives Bar, and Big Red Treats all within a short walking distance. »

« It's a nice lower-level apartment; the owners and their dogs are above. It's very clean and comfortable. Parking was available off the street. Nice place! »

« This property was in a perfect location for both visiting tje Old Market and the baseball stadium. Close to restaurants and bars. The property was bigger than expected, clean, and secure. »

« Super value. Property is new! Everything in my very roomy 1 bedroom apt was beautiful. Stackable washer/dryer too! »

« The apartment is very nice. I struggled getting in but the host was very nice and able to get everything taken care of quickly. The windows do leak so make sure you pack an extra blanket or two if you plan on sitting on the couch watch TV in the winter. This is my first VRBO experience and hopefully will have more great experiences. »

« The check in and out process was excellent, great location downtown, safe, clean, very modern and all newly updated. I really enjoyed this VRBO the only reason I didn’t give a 5 is the mattress. It was the most uncomfortable mattress my husband and I have ever slept on. I highly recommend the owner stay one night in both beds. « We didnt stay. There was zero communication with the host after numerous attempts to contact them after we booked. We ultimately had to cancel at the last minute and still have not heard anything from the host. Do. NOT. WASTE. YOUR. TIME.O »
