One piece of deck railing broken in half which made it scary to have a 1.5 yr old on the upstairs deck as he could fall through the opening that we had to cover. Ice trays broken/cracked. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is yard game, outdoor seating… truly made for a great time by Lake Michigan.
