« For an older property it wasn't bad. The price was great for someone that just wanted some place to sleep. We had a fishing trip on lake Michigan, so we slept and checked out early (4:30am). They were not flexible or accommodating to people with handicaps though. When asked for a ground level room, I was told that rooms were already assigned, so they couldn't get me a ground level room. I know I didn't receive a room number until I arrived, so they should have been able to just swap my room with...

« One of the worst experiences of a holiday inn. The staff here can give two cents about any issues you may have. They didn’t have our room ready until 6pm. Then the chef for breakfast never showed up so there was no breakfast. One of the main reasons why we stayed here!!! We even complained and they don’t seem to care one bit. Then our room was beyond dirty, we found blood stains on our sheets!! They legit did not even clean the room. Wow what a nightmare. »
