« It was super clean and the room was very nice! Bed was comfortable and the bathroom amenities were perfect! Breakfast was awesome! Good food and lots of diverse items. The staff lived the friendly code because they were so good about talking to us and helping us find special places to go and things to eat and how to get there! They gave me the BEST vacation ever!!!! »

« Property under renovation and not close to being completed and it is not stated anywhere. We booked due to the amenities of the lounge/bar and restaurant. Sadly upon check-in there was a note stating that they were not open that evening. In the morning a new note was placed stating not open. After asking it was clear that those notes are simply on rotation because they are not open at all. Balcony rooms do not have any furniture on them. Additionally, the property smells very bad. It smells...

« Beautifully landscaped, felt more private than it probably was, rooms were small (we had two queen sized beds, so I’m sure that’s part of it) and the bathroom was even smaller but clean!! Beds and pillows are definitely above average. Check in was a breeze. Very, very quiet which was particularly important to me. I appreciate the assigned parking spots. The only thing I wish were different is being able to get coffee before 9:00 am. »

« Breakfast was great. The staff was helpful and nice. The room was big and nice. Soome things need updated or fixed such as the rubber strip at the bottom of the doors.was hanging off and we tripped on it several times. »

« Although the room wasn’t huge for 2 beds, it was very nicely done. They thought about every issue you can have: storage, electrical plugs, etc. In our room, there was even a light in the bath overhead that acts like a nightlight. My cousin and I were very impressed. We were close to town but out to make it easy to take day trips elsewhere. I can see where it might be a little challenging to park in Saugatuck during season. »
