« Our room had roaches!!! Found them crawling on the walls, in bathroom, running across furniture. We reported situation to front desk and was told that it was the last available room. We told him that there was no way we were staying another minute in that room and he offered a refund which I’m waiting to receive! « Affordable but old installations with lots of strange odors and need repairs to many places ( door, ceiling, carpet). Great swimming pool though. »

« Fantastic hotel! All our wedding guests stayed here! Loved the firer area on the patio for mingling & relaxing late in the evening! Only issue was the breakfast is not a buffet & the wait time was excessive for coffee & food! The staff were fantastic just likely when the hotel is full suggest adding extra kitchen help to accommodate timely service! Would recommend! It’s gorgeous!!! »

« This hotel is rundown, poorly maintained and dirty. The first room they put in had a hair in the shower, on the bathroom floor and on the sheets. There was food on the floor, a broken lamp in the corner and a blind that wouldn’t go up. Not to mention the smell- terrible! It was obvious the cleaning staff just made the bed and didn’t change the sheets. They moved us to a new room, which was cleaner but still smelled awful and had a poorly functioning AC unit. « fast and friendly check in. Great room quality nice mattress and air conditioning. Well insulated sound walls gave quiet peace, even with boys baseball team running around. Breakfast food is well prepared and plentiful with wonderful assortment of choices. pool in nice for stretching but small for full laps. Temperature was perfect. not too cold or hot. »
