Staff cancelled my PAY AT THE PROPERTY reservation due to them being busy after I called twice to see if I can do an early check and was denied. Check in was at 3pm. « The property itself was beautiful! The landscaping was lovely plus they had hanging baskets everywhere. The room itself was spacious, clean and so pretty.
