« Perfect location literally a four minute drive to Mercer campus. Accommodations were top notch, check in/out was a breeze, communication with Kay was easy and she was checking in every day to make sure we had what we needed, which was amazing. House was CLEAN. Be mindful of the area because we questioned it a little. But it was quiet and we felt safe the entire time. Will be staying here again. »

« Renovated space above retail. Very large space and a long haul to the bathroom. No place to unload car and a steep staircase for entry so travel light. Also be sure entry code works. Ours didn't so we went to a bar and email/text/call the contact. Eventually we got hold of the fella and got in. We parked at a garage not too far from the loft. »

« We booked this place because it was pet friendly in a place close to a venue we were going to. I DO NOT recommend this spot. First, if you have dogs you walk there is an unhoused man living in the lane behind and I felt unsafe every time i left the house to walk my dogs. « This is a great place to stay if you are doing anything near Thomaston, GA. The property is clean and well managed. In case you don’t notice about the list it is a basement rental. However it is very spacious and very quiet. It’s all on one level and the is plenty of room for up to 10 between the beds and the sofa beds. »

« Property was fine, but needs a good cleaning. The fridge and kitchen sink smelled of food. The shower door was dirty and some of the towels smelled of mildew. The floors need to be cleaned. We were only there for a short period, so it was fine. We just didn’t use the kitchen and had our own blankets and pillows. »

We had a challenge with a hot water in the shower and the host responded in five minutes and suggested a fix. They were very attentive. The only challenge we had was the noise from our upstairs neighbors. I had forgotten about how historic homes generally don’t have a lot of insulation between floors or walls. « Stunning loft! Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. Location is everything! Very walkable neighborhood. We ate next door at the Rookery. Food was great. Parking took us a minute to figure out. We will definitely stay again. »
