« The location was great. Right in downtown Asheville. Free parking was available. Room was clean.but we spent 4 nights in the hotel, there was no cleaning service at all. Nobody cleaned the room, took garbage out, change towels, made our bed. Last night we were awaken at midnight by a very loud noise coming from a drier located around the corner from our room. « Very cute place, rooms are big, access is easy. Road nearby is a bit noisy. But overall great place, will go again with pleasure. »

« Chambre propre et confortable, bon matelas. Check in rapide. Seulement café, jus(ouff) et muffins pour déjeuner.Ils ne devraient pas dire qu'ils offrent le déjeuner, ce n'est pas le cas. Environnement calme. Il y a un resto mexicain à côté bien coté. Bref,bon rapport qualité prix. »

« The only good thing I can say about this property was the man at the front desk. He was very kind and unstanding when after going to my room and seeing how awful it was he was understanding that I couldn't stay there. The room was old and very run down. The bed had cigarette burns and stains all over it, along with many hairs in the sheets. The bathroom was stained and dirty looking. The door to the room had a huge gap under it that all kinds of critters could crawl under it. I did not feel safe...
