« The room was clean, the air conditioning worked properly. The staff was courteous. The only problem was there was some people outside arguing very loudly and a few people partying outside, which was OK would’ve preferred. They weren’t and if you’re not a smoker, you will smell smoke, My Wife and I are smokers so it didn’t bother us. They do have Smoking rooms available there if you’re a smoker overall for a cheaper motel room it was a very good experience. »

« The location was great. Right in downtown Asheville. Free parking was available. Room was clean.but we spent 4 nights in the hotel, there was no cleaning service at all. Nobody cleaned the room, took garbage out, change towels, made our bed. Last night we were awaken at midnight by a very loud noise coming from a drier located around the corner from our room.
