« Good - the view of the Catawba valley, the bed, room is large, owner extremely helpful, brewed coffee in the game room at 7am. Bad - the bathroom is moldy, there is no restaurant or breakfast, there is no kitchenette just a small refrigerator. For the price and the description, not what I thought. But it was ok. »

« Chambre propre et confortable, bon matelas. Check in rapide. »

« Service was very slow at breakfast in the restaurant, even though there were only two other couples dining. »

« This is an older hotel, nothing fancy as with most of this brand, but it was comfortable, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints. »

« Très bien »

« C’était la dernière fois où j’allais dans un super 8. Celui la est vraiment à éviter »

« sadly we did not enjoy our stay and we are old house lovers - the location was great being close to town and the WIFI was excellent but the room was not what we would have expected for the price - small with tub in the middle, toilet so close to the wall it was difficult to sit on, shower that went from frigid to burning hot off & on, no soap, 1/2 bottle of shampoo, the room was too hot and stuffy even with both windows open, bed was called queen but felt more like a double, bedding had cigaret »

« I stayed in the Milton room and it was beautiful. The Hotel has a very warm feeling with lots of comfortable seating downstairs to socialize. The owner sent me an email with self check-in instructions making it very easy to proceed directly to my room. She even called me leaving a message making sure I was aware of the email and asked if I had any questions. It made me feel right at home. I would definitely stay again and recommend them to any couple who wants a romantic getaway. »

« Recently remodeled motel is conveniently located in Black Mountain and is a great value. The room, bathroom, and linens were very clean. Staff was very friendly. »

« The staff was great and was always available when needed. »

« Everything was clean and ready for us. Was a cold week but still nice and warm with the gas logs. Kitchen was supplied with utensils and cooking equipment. Enjoyed our stay. We will be back. »

« Perfect for a short stay. Close to the Blue Ridge and lots of hikes »

« The Loft is truly a hidden gem close to town!!! Unfortunately, our stay was too short, but we will definitely be back. Lee has thought of every convenience, what a great host. He left us snacks, water, sodas, and toiletries. We loved his amazing decor with twinkle lights and a glowing fireplace, he has created a perfect ambience. »

« The tiny home was clean. The host was very accommodating. We enjoyed the fish pond & feeding the fish. »
