« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Gloria is amazing, very communicative and stayed in close contact anytime we needed her for questions. We always felt welcome, as did our dogs! We had plenty of room to have our son and his wife and our 3 grandbabies over for a belated Christmas. The cottage is very close to getting to town and having dinner, stopping by for groceries or just to go for a drive. We even got snow while we were here! It was so beautiful and the fireplace makes the whole place...

« Beautiful Mountain Inn with cozy decor, nice size room, large bathroom with very nice shower which heats up quick and provides nice pressure. Bed is very comfortable and room has extra-large compact fridge with freezer compartment. One note Room 17 has loose toilet base and rocks slightly. »

« The Redstone Cottage was cozy, spotlessly clean, and nestled into the mountain with a network of trails out the back door. If you’re looking for a serene escape that’s equally apt for a movie night by the fire and a home base for exploring the Pisgah, this is your spot! The view from the front deck alone is worth the price. Joel and Matt went above and beyond to make us feel at home (stocked coffees, a special gift for our pup, and posh toiletries). »

« The host was very welcoming and detailed in his feedback. The house was older but well kept and clean. The kitchen has recently been renovated and is very nice. The street is very quiet, we never saw another person during our stay. The house had everything we needed! »

« The tiny home is beautiful. Clean. Quiet. The grounds are lovely. Park like setting. The location is perfect. Close to Asheville. Close to the Blueridge Parkway. Great food close by. « We fully enjoyed our stay at Sitting Bear cottage. It was super clean and perfectly outfitted for us to enjoy the fall leaves with family. Wonderful location surrounded by nature and close proximity to wonderful trails, sights and food. Looking forward to many future stays at this and other Flying Squirrel Cottages! »
