« This is just the coolest property!!! The location was absolutely stunning, with the expansive front porch overlooking Marshall & the French Broad River. Perfect for families or a group of friends that want individual bedrooms AND communal, shared spaces. It was pristine in terms of cleanliness & stocked with all the kitchen items you can wish for. « The host was available for questions and concerns. The size and space of the home was great for our group. However, the home needs a deep clean and several updates/repairs. The dining room chairs were very dirty and felt a little unstable. A few of the mattresses were sunken in the middle. We all thought the water smelled a little metallic and the home could benefit from water filters. The towels smelled very musty and old. »
