« We came to the area for a tournament and this was our home base for the week—-warm, homey and a great retreat from the gym. We mostly had breakfasts there and then late night snacks. The beautiful country drive to both Topeka and Lawrence was easy. We appreciated the quiet area! »

« This place was perfect for our big group! 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths! Finished basement with pool table and ping pong was a huge bonus as well. The back patio was a great chill spot with big grill for all our grilling needs as well! 10 out of 10. Place was clean clean clean and in a wonderful neighborhood! »

« didn't like smell, bed and lack of house keeping. Bed had animal hairs- comforters were ripped and had holes in them., every mattress needs replacing . Bathrooms needs some additional updates to toilets and flooring.As well as hot water barely came out of all bathroom faucets. Ceiling fan in main bedroom needs to be look at . Flooring in kitchen needs serious grout cleaning. Every rug needs to be discarded. Iron and ironing board in main bedroom was a joke -broke and waterstain dirty. Tv remote...
