« Si on arrive au petit déjeuner vers 8.30 il ne reste presque plus rien…plus de yaourt, il a fallu demander qu il remette du café , de la pâte pour les gaufres, .. nous sommes restés 4 nuits et la chambre n a jamais été faite ! Vraiment déçu ! Heureusement le personnel de l accueil est sympathique ! »

« I’d recommend requesting top floor, any others are gonna be SUPER loud! Our entire trip we could hear every moment of those above us and the tv from room next door. Booked specifically for proximity to our event, for breakfast and also for laundry facility which was out of order (traveling with smelly sports uniforms is not ideal). Would only recommend for location to events, otherwise this was really a disappointing stay. Staff however was great! »

« The main reason we stayed at this hotel was it was right next to Sporting KC stadium. However, the room was humid and made the beds wet and there was nothing we could do to take the wet out of the bed. Also, the door wouldn't close all the way so you had to close it yourself. I wouldn't plain on staying at this hotel again. »

« The bed was comfy. Significant road noise. The staff I interacted with were friendly but I keep the do not disturb sign up for the duration of my stay. The room was clean but dated. Obvious holes were the shower rod had been moved but not patched. Water damage to the drywall around the top of the shower that had been painted over. Other poorly done patches were fixtures had been moved. Upon arrival I was told about the pool location. When I went to check it out there was a notice saying the...
