« Si on arrive au petit déjeuner vers 8.30 il ne reste presque plus rien…plus de yaourt, il a fallu demander qu il remette du café , de la pâte pour les gaufres, .. nous sommes restés 4 nuits et la chambre n a jamais été faite ! Vraiment déçu ! Heureusement le personnel de l accueil est sympathique ! »

« Great stay for two nights, we were there for a FIFA game. About 25-30 min away from both downtown and the Stadium. We didn’t want to stay in the downtown area so this was perfect! Super clean and local area of Lenexa is more modern and very safe neighborhood. Very happy with our stay. »

« Not enough people at the front desk making line ups. The hostess at the restaurant was not nice or helpful, with a hint of arrogance…. We decided not to eat there. »

« The staff were very good. Although I told front desk about the doors banging. Our room was closest to the exit door going outside and it slammed shut so loudly every time. Was also next to pool rm & gym again the slamming doors kept us up most of the night. When I told clerk at Front desk she just offered me a coffee and said hopefully I could sleep in car ride. »

« Rooms not clean, Hallways not clean, hotel is run down… no microwave in room. Other than that it was alright for a night or two. »
