« There were rotten oranges in the cabinet, the heat didn’t work, the host solution was for me to drive to Walmart and buy space heaters. After I refused, he had 1 space heater sent to the house via his cleaner. Everyone had to sleep in the same room to stay warm. Lows during our stay were in the teens at night. »

« There are so many great things to say about Regal Cottage.It gives Resort Feel on the Lake The Cottage was very neat and CLEAN and smelled amazing. « Checked in and immediately noticed roaches. Not water bugs like you would find at a lake, but German cockroaches. Not just big ones but babies which means there’s a ton. The Wi-Fi never worked, the shower never turned off literally ran hot water 24 hours a day. The other shower door does not close completely and you had to hold it closed while showering. « Beautiful house with great access to the lake. The neighbors were very friendly. The community boat ramp is not very good at all. I won't use it again. There is a public ramp (Crosby's) located about 10 miles by car and approximately 1 mile by boat, which is very nice. If you are parking a truck and boat trailer at the Cabin, you must be an expert at backing a trailer, as it is very tight. »
