« The cottage was very comfortable and had all the amenities necessary. The location is right off of beautiful Jones Street, a very quiet and peaceful spot. We walked into the town. We parked right on the street and it was free. »

« The property was pet friendly with a fenced in back yard however There was lots of leaves and debris like branches in the backyard making it difficult to stand back there due to the ants and bugs and the amount of leaves in the back yard. Kitchen supplies were limited as well like trash bags and coffee. Listing said coffee bar, but it was a kurig with only 1 k cup and no creamer or anything, so bring your own k cups and creamer. Also, fully stocked on sheets, pillows and pillow cases and towels...

« Great location to North End activites, including Fort Screven and North Beach area. Nice view of the salt marsh. Area downstairs with couches, TV, and hottub is nice for four to six people. If you happen to be bringing kayaks to use, be advised-at low tide there is no water in front of the dock on the back of the property. High tide has plenty of depth, so a six-hour window or so, before to after high tide, to use the dock to shove off and come back. There's also not much water to travel...
