« We really enjoyed our stay at the horse farm. The house was immaculate and tastefully furnished and decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware/dishes we could need for cooking. The hosts were excellent with communicating and ease of check-in. Highly recommend this property! »

« Wonderful stay! It felt like we were coming home, not just to a rental. The Barndo was clean, roomy, and comfortable. It was close enough to restaurants and a Wal-Mart, but secluded enough to have peace and quiet. A quick drive to the Ark, and a drivable distance for the Creation Museum and Cincinnati activities. Would definitely recommend! »

« We had a wonderful stay allbeit cut short due to weather, can't help that. The house is so cute, warm, comfortable and inviting! The views are spectacular!!!! The variety of food provided by Paula for us to eat far exceeded any other non-hotel I've ever stayed at. The place is well furnished, well decorated, superbly CLEAN! The place is exactly as described and pictures are true. Communication with Paula is great, quick to respond and genuinely nice!! Close to the interstate also. ...

« Beautiful home! It had everything that we needed. We had 4 adults and there was plenty of space; we’d love to stay there again and potentially with a larger group! We went to a basketball game at Rupp arena and Keeneland the next day. Both aren’t too far. Thanks for a great stay! »

« Great communication with the host! Perfect location. Listing was as described. Such a quaint, kept up little farm house with beautiful furnishings. Very clean. Beds were super comfy. We appreciated the host having coffee, cream, water, and some other soft drinks & snacks. Mary went above and beyond by mailing an item we had left behind. We will stay again! »

« Another amazing property to get away from the hustle of everyday life. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful setting that this property is on. The house may look small but with the game room in the basement and large yard in the back there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Kentucky. Thank you for an amazing place to stay! »

« The property was just as described in the listing. Shannon was a pleasure to meet & work with. Met us at the property & showed us around. Gave us some good suggestions on restaurants & provided a great 'Welcoming Basket'. House was convenient to all the distilleries & Keeneland which is what we were there for. « We loved our time at this property. The views were not as advertised, they were incredible! Wish there was a picture of the view from the deck on the listing. The bugs are not the best at night and that is the only thing that bothered us. Otherwise everything about our stay was amazing!! Highly recommend staying at this property! »

« Had a great stay. Listing was very accurate and the area was as quiet as can be. I would warn anyone coming during deer season to take it extremely slow down the country roads. In one trip to the property we had 8 different "woah there" moments with deer. Also had one waiting at the front door for us to get home that night which was awesome! Would definitely do it again! »
