« They canceled my room and I drove 5 hours trusting that I already had my reservation ready and when I arrived he told me that they canceled and they didn't tell me or refund me my money and they didn't offer me another room they just didn't mind leaving me sleeping in the car and I had already paid for the room »

« Clean and beautiful. The bath houses were always very clean. Only down side is there’s a life lift (helicopter) right beside the tents and a train track close which creates a lot of extra noise when trying to sleep. »

Went to the desk to ask for new bed set and the clerk let me know he wasn’t housekeeping! I simply just wanted the sheets to change myself. « Stayed 3 nights for the Ark and creation museum. The cabin was perfect for my wife and I. We enjoyed the hot tub and grill and fire pit. We watched the sunset every night and just enjoyed the peaceful location. We used the grill, it’s a small one but it did the trick! I have no complaints. Check in was easy, communication was great. Highly recommend. »
