« The property was just as described in the listing. Shannon was a pleasure to meet & work with. Met us at the property & showed us around. Gave us some good suggestions on restaurants & provided a great 'Welcoming Basket'. House was convenient to all the distilleries & Keeneland which is what we were there for. Will definitely stay there again! »

« If you want a perfect escape this is the place !Paula and Scott are the perfect hosts! The house is so warm and cozy and there was plenty of room for all 11 of us. The farm animals , bonfires , golf range, and swings made the outdoors so fun! And the icing on the cake were 5 baby bunnies that were such a special treat. The views were wonderful too. « The house is a charming farmhouse with that neat blend of old-style charm and modern convenience. It feels like out in the countryside, but only a short drive to anything. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen well supplied, and there's a few games and toys for kiddos (plus tv and wifi), with lots of yard to explore. The owner, who lives in a separate home on property is friendly and helpful! Loved our stay! »

« Tonya was tremendously helpfully and communicative when needed. The property was well stocked (with many left behind items from other guests which I do not prefer, but it is not altogether uncommon at a rental). I must have missed in the property description that the only means of heat was a wood burning stove. This wasn’t a big issue as I grew up with one, but it had gone out before I realized that it was our heat source and I had to restart it and keep it stoked. Once we realized this there...

« I didn’t bring shampoo so that was a minor thing. With the skunks in the area having some sort of solution at hand might be worthwhile I’ve used a powder enzyme with good results. Also minor but the ladybug congregation was interesting. »
