« This is a brand new property and overall it was very nice but when we got to our room to check it out before bringing our luggage in, housekeeping had left a soiled towel in the bed under the mattress cover. The mattress cover was soiled and when I touched it I felt a lump. When I pulled back the mattress cover it I found the soiled towel. They moved us to another room with no more issues. Overall it was a nice stay with nice breakfast options »
