« We traveled from out of town for my grandmother‘s funeral. It was the perfect oasis we needed during our difficult time. The host was amazing with communication and making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.The house and backyard were more than we expected.. highly recommend! « Super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Full length mirrors in both bedrooms and excellent lighting meant that one bathroom worked even for two adults traveling together.The location was perfect for our trip, which was about both Georgetown and the standard Washington tourist fare. Hosts were incredibly responsive and open to suggestions to make this place even better.Perfect for our needs! »

« Beautiful and relaxing. This was our first time staying in a VRBO and it did not disappoint. We absolutely loved staying at Colonial Beach and our VRBO was amazing. It was quiet and comfy. Just perfect. We will be back! »
