« This place looked and felt great to stay at. Definitely exceeding the price it offers. Rooms and environment felt comfortable and home-y. And the distance from Giant and a metro is not too exhaustingly far, with the exception of pulling luggage haha. The AC and wifi works exceptionally as well. When there was a concern, the host was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. If I were to visit Washington DC, I'd definitely book here again. »

« The property is located in a very safe and quaint area and very close to the metro line. Many nice restaurants to choose from. This property was absolutely beautiful super clean and very well supplied. The beds and linens were more comfortable than sleeping at home. We were so busy in DC that we couldn’t enjoy the home as much as we wanted. The host was very gracious and helpful to us. Would absolutely stay here again. »

« The place was fairly convenient to get to the Metro at Union Station and had plenty of small places to eat at or grocery shop. It was enjoyable for the most part as it had plenty of kitchen ware to work with and nice features like heated bathroom floors. My main complaint was the fact there were dead bugs all around. The host explained they had just had pest control however it didn’t stop there being more cockroaches dying all around and their corpses which was unsettling and unfortunate....

« When looking at potential properties I always read the recent previous reviews on a curve. From now on this property has now changed that for me going forward. There was excellent communication from the property manager leading up to check-in. I glanced over the first red flag comment when the manager stated “The blinds aren’t broken, they’re just bent”. They were correct, they weren’t functionally broken, but every single mini blind had broken OR missing slats, they should’ve been trashed....
