« Came to the DC area to visit children and grandchildren transitioning back from overseas duty assignments. This was the perfect location for watching the grands while their parents managed moving into the new house etc. Great location, nice sized yard for outdoor play, Library 2 blocks away, and enough indoor for the kids to have their own play spaces and naps. Host were wonderful, clear, and prompt with communication. Would definitely stay here again! »

« We had a short stay after a sporting event in DC, it was a little less than an hour away. Convenient location and a very clean house. Kitchen was well stocked. There was little communication with the owner, which was nice vs a long list of rules, but we would have liked to know any of their local specific favorite spots or more detailed check in/check out. Worked out nicely for our family. »

« The house was perfect for our family. The family room couch was perfect for us to all snuggle up together and watch TV or just relax. Plenty of room in the house for everybody to spread out as well.We had a small issue with the alarm pad beeping but Colin responded to my message promptly and was at the house to fix the problem in no time. Great house. Wonderful location if going to the Naval Academy. »

« We rented this property for three nights for our daughters wedding at CBF and related festivities in Annapolis Downtown. The property was extremely well located and it took minutes to get to and from any place that we needed to get to. It provided an adequate amount of space for all of our needs. Family time was our goal and this property made it possible to host them and have everyone feel comfortable and relax. The backyard space is amazing and I only wish we'd had more time to hang there....
