« When we checked in, hotel was having computer issues and was unable to issue a room key. So everyone we left and returned, we had to go to front desk to be let back into our rooms. The staff was not apologetic nor sympathetic. If was as if it was our fault we didn’t have a room key. »

We were there on a very, very busy week and they worked so hard the entire time we were there. Even when people came to them with hiccups or complaints they did their best to remedy guests concerns (even those that were being unkind). « Of all the Quality Inns I have stated, this by far was the worst. The grounds were unkept. The parking lot was small, the parking lot was full of pot holes, the grass was not cut and the lightening was poor. Inside the lobby looked unoccupied, old, run down and not modern. Behind the reception desk the walls were scratched up as if something was moved, paint removed and it appeared as if something had damaged the walls and they were left that way. « We stayed for seven days. It was uncomfortable to only have two forks two spoons. We had to wash every time we ate. It felt like the space had been sitting a while. There were lots of spiderwebs. The fans had a coat of dust on them. That was sickening. This is my first negative review ever! I appreciated the beautiful Patuxent river and the quick response and communication with the owner.
