« Pictures and description were accurate. Owner very nice, but procedures could have been more forthcoming. Beds, pillows and towels were excellent. Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. Overall positive stay. 2 BR cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. »

« This location is in the shaw building and is right next door to the Howard theater. It was easy for uber/lyft to find and is convenient to get to/from the airport and other places in DC. The apartment was SPACIOUS!!! 2 bedrooms and 2 baths but the open living room/kitchen concept was nice. There was a washer/dryer and plenty of dishes to use. « The property was small, but adequate for what we needed for our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal. Pretty much anything you needed was within walking distance. Communication for getting access was fantastic. Overall, it was a lovely property and worked for us for this trip. »
