« The cottage was very clean and comfy, lots of room. Loved having a washer / dryer and games! »

« Such a wonderful stay! We had the best time and close proximity to the beach and town was a plus. The host was just awesome. When we came in she a a welcoming sign for my friends and I . The rooms were clean and we loved that we all had our own bed. The communicate was solid and gave the best recommendations for things to do or places to eat in town. Thank you! »

« This has got to be the cleanest and best maintained vacation rental / bnb that we have ever stayed at. You can tell the care the hosts have taken in every little detail. The quality of finishing work is also great, which is a nice change from the typical shoddy DIY quality you see in vacation rentals. We stayed in late September such that we needed heat (overnight) and air conditioning (during the day), and both worked flawlessly. Would absolutely stay here again! »

« We just loved our time at Anna’s Cottage. It was spacious, warm and welcoming. The windows (and views!) are gorgeous and we loved the photo of the same porch we sat on from the early 1900s. Located across the street from the Chain Ferry and within walking distance to Mt. Baldhead and Oval Beach, the location is perfect. Highly recommend! »

« We had a lovely stay here. The house was clean and large enough for our family of 5. The kids had so much fun in the lake and it was a great view to enjoy every day.Everything we needed was provided which was the cherry on top. We were traveling from the East Coast - last thing we needed was to travel with linens or other necessities. »

« This is a beautiful, peaceful location. A quick drive into town if you want to eat out, but a great escape if you're seeking tranquility. The view of the wetlands and the wildlife were our favorite things about it. The beds are great, and with all the windows open in the 2nd bedroom, it's almost like sleeping outdoors. Our only complaint was the overpowering liquid "air freshener" pod placed in the cottage. Unnecessary, and as someone sensitive to perfumes, this was almost gag-inducing. We...

« This little hidden gem was perfect for my husband and I. Keep in mind it is an old school, semi-rustic cabin with the necessities to make the stay more than comfortable. (We are all about the older, historic feel of places) But the surrounding outdoors…INCREDIBLE!!! We had the views and sounds of Lake Michigan from the porch and living room, deer in the yard, almost ZERO TRAFFIC down the road. Just so quiet and peaceful and wonderful. We enjoyed so much that we booked our Spring trip for there...

« We booked this rental last minute for our daughters’ birthday weekend with friends, and it turned out to be perfect. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The setting is absolutely beautiful. peaceful and scenic, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The girls had a wonderful time celebrating, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the weekend. Highly recommend! »
