« The staff went above and beyond to guarantee our stay was amazing. This was a "cousin night together before school starts" stay and due to the attentiveness during the stay the kids had a great experience. As a grandma I am very grateful. As the premises experienced a lightning strike prior to our visit that took out the elevators and internet/phones, I was a little anxious about our stay. But we were treated so well. We will back. Thank you again. »

« In my room, there was no hand soap, face soap,body wash or shampoo. Tried calling housekeepers and front desk, but the phone was not working either. Breakfast was terrible, there were just few apples, few cups of yogurt, cereals, milk and that’s it, coffee was old and stale I would not recommend this hotel to anyone »

« Hôtel calme, un grand hall, salon avec canapé, ainsi que les tables et le petit déjeuner. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine mais elle avait l'air bien. En plus du thé et café en accès libre, dans la hall se trouve un distributeur d'eau fraîche agrémenté de rondelles de citrons. Il y a un laundry et un ATM. Le petit-déjeuner était complet avec du salé également, une machine à gaufre, yaourts, céréales, ... La chambre était propre et spacieuse, avec un bureau et une chaise, en plus du frigo,...

« Great Stay for a Soccer Tournament — With a Few Things That Could Be Improved My two kids and I stayed at Avid for two nights while we were in town for a soccer tournament. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The building is on the smaller side, but everything was clean and well-maintained. The receptionist who checked us in was super nice and welcoming. Our room smelled fresh and clean when we walked in, and I really liked that there was no carpet on the floor—it felt cleaner and easier to keep...
