« We had a lovely stay as my husband was able to get to the Mayo Hosp daily and we had a lovely beach day. Our little cockerpooEnjoyed the yard n beach area too! Only thing I couldn’t find my dark green prescription eyeglasses in the room. We looked everywhere maybe they somehow got caught in the bedding Can the cleaning people check for me. « This was a perfect place for our long weekend visiting our daughter. Very clean and well stocked. Beautifully decorated. Great location close to beach, shopping, and restaurants-& having the beach wagon/chairs/towels was awesome! We did not get to take advantage of the bikes but would have been fun. Overall excellent stay! »

« The property was just like the pictures. Neighborhood was quiet. Only stayed one night, but the home provided us with everything we needed for our stay. The master bedroom could use some blackout curtains. It gets pretty bright in there, but I like a really dark room to sleep so that might just be me. Otherwise our stay was good. »

« The pictures of this property make it look a lot better than it is. There were holes in the walls, a huge gap in the side door, and other defects such as a sink faucet that was barely attached. There was no soap/shampoo, no internet and the remotes for the TV did not work. The host was kind and check in was good, but this place could use some serious TLC. « Loved staying at this home it’s very peaceful and quiet and literally take 2 mins to walk to the beach! The food around this property is some of the best I’ve had in my 32 years! And the beaches are not crowded at all! The property managers were so friendly and answered every question I had! #lovedit »

« Margarita Villa is spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything you might need at every turn. The furnishings, kitchen ware and supplies, and beds are all high quality. Beds are very comfortable as are the living room couches. Dining table and chairs along with a large island made the space complete. Although it is a smaller/older property, the home is extremely clean, well maintained and most of all exceeded expectations on amenities provided by the host! « My family and I stayed here for almost 2 weeks yo be near my oldest Granddaughter who was starting at Jacksonville college and it was absolutely perfect! The check in was simple, house was decorated and layed out exactly what shows on pics. The host Kayla was so nice and quick to respond if I had a question which were not many at all.
