« The location is perfect! You are able to step out the door and access food, shopping and the beach easily. The condo was clean and offered everything we needed. The hosts were quick to reply to our questions or needs. We would stay here again. »

« We loved the convenience of the pool and proximity to the beach/restuarants. We had 3 kids under 5 and had plenty of room for pack and plays, etc. »

« Perfect place for anyone’s needs. Very clean and with plenty of room to spread out or sit in a coz nook. Kitchen fully outfitted and lovely snacks. Attended Benton Harbor wedding, swam in the lake, played card games on giant table. Sawyer shop sold me foods and I found everything I needed knife/platter to prepare it. I like trains and got to experience them going right outside the dwelling. Quiet well landscaped and cared for outside and porch. I’d go again. »

« My wife & I had a great wknd getaway for our 15th wedding anniversary. Monique was a great host. I highly suggest staying here. Clean, crisp, spacious condo w/ great accommodations from the well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, easy to use hot tub, & privacy. Would definitely stay here again. »

« The condo is wonderful, more spacious than pictures give it credit for and close to everything New Buffalo has to offer. Perfect long weekend getaway with our two small kids, enjoying the beaches, dunes, shops, outdoor (and indoor) pools and walkable dining. We'll definitely stay here again! »

« Beautiful property in the perfect location! My sister is getting married and we decided to do a “mini” bachelorette party/sister weekend away to enjoy the wineries & restaurants of New Buffalo. This rental exceeded our expectations! There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. Large bathrooms, great dining/living room space, clean and comfortable furniture…overall, an outstanding stay! We will definitely be saving this rental option for future bookings! »

« We had a great stay at The Big Chill #6. The location of this condo can't be beat. Walkable to the Union Pier Social for dinner as we got in around 9pm local time. Walked to the Black Currant bakery, as well as the Gelato place. The little store next to the bakery had a few items we missed picking up at Barney's grocery in New Buffalo, so that was a plus. The bakery in the morning can have a line so (it moves quickly though) and the other bakry in Harbert (Luisa's) is another one we loved and is...

We wanted an elite condo style rental, great food options within a few miles and wine tasting to enjoy with people that have the same interest. This facility and this location fit the bill 100%!Beautiful, quiet rental that was perfect in every way! Highly recommend. »
