« The hotel was great except for the lack of insulation/sound dampening between the room and the the hallway. We were awakened quite a few times by conversations and loud noises taking place in the hallway. »

« The first room has stains on it sheets and they quickly swap this out to another room. I checked the sheets. They looked OK and then laying down I saw what looked like barbecue sauce or marinara sauce on the pillow so I’d ask for a new pillowcase, which came promptly. « La chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons trouvé dans le canapé lit d’anciens draps non changés. Nous avons du rester 2 nuits et personne n’est passé pour refaire un peu les lits. Nous avions 3 serviettes pour 5 perosnnes. Le sol était coolant… »
