« We're a family of 3 and this was perfect for us. A great place to base from to visit the Red Rocks, Golden and day trips to the mountains! We love how you can walk to the downtown area of Golden, that was a huge plus! »

« This is a cute house in a nice neighborhood. Having 2 king beds is a plus and they were very comfortable. Lots of living space and a nice, small outside yard for our little dog. Plenty of parking and garage to park as needed. We will stay again next time we are looking for a place in Denver »

« We stayed here to be close to the venue of my son's wedding. It was close as well as other fun things we did. Our stay was beautiful and well equiped with Taya being a very attentive host! She thought of everything to the smallest details. Don't hesitate to stay here....I know we won't if given another opportunity to be in this area! »

« Our family came in to watch our son participate in the iron man event held in boulder. The home was not far from Denver or boulder. We were very comfortable and the backyard was a great gathering place. »

« In town for USASA snowboard Nationals, house was a perfect fit and had everything we needed. Had a problem with hot water on arrival but maintenance personnel had it fixed quickly. Location was in the back of neighborhood so took a little longer than expected to get in and out but no a real big deal. Overall a great place would definitely stay there again. »

« Great place! It was very clean and nicely decorated. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants. We did have one issue where the door lock made a noise in the middle of the night a few times - I think it was just resetting but I do wish they had deadbolts on the doors, it would have made me feel more at ease especially since I didn't realize there was another entry door upstairs where my kids slept when booking. « If you want to stay in a safe, quiet, and popular area of Denver, look no further than Arvada and this charming home. Modern aesthetics compliment the mid century feel. The location is perfect if you want to travel to downtown Denver but do not wish to stay there. The Old Towne Arvada shops and restaurants are just moments away and so are most area attractions. 10/10, would stay again. »

« We very much enjoyed this property.It was clean , comfortable and has beautiful views from the balcony.Cozy , nice decor and bedroom. Quick access to three different hot tubs . Short walk to gondola area & restaurants .We will look for this location again. »
